An Okay Stay. Some Issues Noted
slow check-incomplicated lighting
Check-in was slow. I waited despite arriving after the stated time. The lighting system was overly complicated. I couldn't get the bedroom lights off while keeping the TV area lit. It was all or nothing, too many light sources for sleeping. Breakfast suited a lower-rated hotel, nothing special at all, really.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. ahmed at reception was particularly cute (i appreciated his attention to detail). raju was also very polite and assisted with various requests. the staff ensured my family had a pleasant stay.
the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low at times.

the hotel is across from al noor island. shopping is right on the doorstep. a beautiful mosque is a short walk away. the location was very nice (it's very central).

i checked in and the room, a superior room city view, was very tidy. the bathroom had all necessary amenities and looked modern.
the gym was not open 24 hours, i found that disappointing.
